The development strategy of local universities' discipline characteristics

The disciplinary characteristics of universities are the foundation of their core competitiveness. This paper analyzes the main problems and main causes in the cultivation of disciplinary characteristics of local universities, proposes three strategies for cultivating characteristics and three new concepts for implementing the strategies.
