The objective of this reseach was to evaluate the satisfaction with the creation and value addition of products from the “Ouke Fabric” of the Ing River basin community. Quantitative research using a survey was conducted with the population and a sample size totaling 21 people selected by purposive sampling. The survey was divided into two parts: Part 1 is a survey of the respondents’ background information, and Part 2 describes the creation and value addition of products made from the “Ouke Fabric” of the Ing River basin community. Consideration of the content validity was conducted by finding the Index of Objective Congruence (IOC) between 0.60 and 1.00 and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient having a confidence value of 0.97. Based on the results of the study, it was found that overall, in all four areas, the mean was equal to 4.70 and the standard deviation (S.D.) was equal to 0.35, with the mean at the most satisfied level. When classified into each aspect, it was found that regarding the efficiency of the semi-automatic fabric cloth machine and the quality of the output, the mean was equal to 4.74, while the standard deviation (S.D.) was equal to 0.37 and 0.39, respectively, with the mean at the highest level of satisfaction. This was followed by the use of the semi-automatic fabric cloth machine, with the mean equal to 4.64, the standard deviation (S.D.) equal to 0.50, and the mean at the highest level of satisfaction, and for the semi-automatic fabric cloth machine, the mean was equal to 4.62, the standard deviation (S.D.) was equal to 0.40, and the mean was at the most satisfied level.
