Abstract


 It is imperative to vigorously develop vocational education, strengthen the training of "dual-qualified" teachers, and improve the overall quality of the teaching staff. Vocational school teachers should keep pace with the times, establish a lifelong learning consciousness, continuously improve and expand the vertical and horizontal professional knowledge structure, achieve one specialty and multiple skills, strengthen production practice and learning research, enrich practical knowledge, improve practical teaching ability, and grow into "dual-qualified" teachers and "career-oriented" teachers as soon as possible.
