A new model for the housekeeping and hygiene management of college students

Abstract

The management of dormitory hygiene is an important carrier for cultivating good living habits for college students. In order to adapt to the development needs of the new situation, we have realized a standardized and scientific management model of the trinity of student education, management and service. We actively explore and boldly practice in our work, and promote a new management model in which life guidance teachers manage dormitory hygiene. We work from ideological work, management methods, and improving the quality of teachers to cultivate good hygiene habits for college students and improve their comprehensive quality. This has become the starting point for our continuous exploration of a new student dormitory management model that emphasizes both professional dormitory management and student education.
